Rates as of January 1, 2020, includes price listed below for the entire month, which always includes a minimum of 4 lessons per month, if there is a “5 lesson month” I may elect a “vacation”. Rarely ever happens! If for some reason I cannot make a lesson, it will be made up! I have yet to fail to make-up a lesson, but I did once take a vacation! There were 5 lessons in that month!
I only teach for the first 2 weeks of December (between December 15th - Jan 1st there are no lessons), due to everyone’s busy schedule. For that month of December rates are ½ price. I do continue to teach all year round, as taking off for the summer causes huge setbacks in a student’s progress.
Whatever instrument you are here for, you will learn,……. including Music Theory, and a basic ability in all other instruments, including “Drums” and “Singing”. The first week of January and July, I record all students in a top notch studio setting (no extra charge) so students and parents can gauge their progress. Students should have a 70 page notebook, 3 ring binder, music books, and their instrument. And remember to bring them to every lesson. I do have many, if not all, supplies/ instruments available for purchase. Or if families need help working up to their supplies/instrument I am more than happy to help out, and yes I have lost (read “been stolen”) many of my DVD’s, cables, even instruments, but we will continue to hope that the human family is inherently good,…….yet.
Lessons must be paid for at the first lesson for each month. If you do not show, I sit there waiting for the next group/student – no worries. If you show up 2nd week you then pay for the “entire months lessons” as regular, 3rd week same thing…. If you skip a month due to whatever reason, odds are your lesson time slot will be filled by other students. The first lesson for students is at no charge for them to find what instrument they like, and if my methods of teaching suit them and their parent’s desires. Multiple students in the same class must be paid for by the same person, as in a family or a band lessons.

January and July
Recording month! All students are required to record a song that they have personally written. Complete with multi instruments and vocals. All the way to a Mastered demo quality tract.February and August
Performance month - All students have to prepare at minimum one song to perform for a general public showing.
March and September
Music Theory - All students will learn from basic to college level to professional level music theory training.
April and October
Book Month - All students will learn to read music, notes, and nashville notationMay and November
Alternate discipline month - Students will play or learn a different instrument than what you normally perform with.June and December
Writing Month - All students will learn how to write and compose an original song.
